The hotel is perfectly located in the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the area. The staff truly stands out for being incredibly helpful, especially one named Sam who assisted with a flight issue. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Loved the amazing shower and cozy bed that ensured a good night’s sleep. A nice touch was the ginger tea offered when I wasn't feeling my best after a night out. However, the breakfast room felt cramped, and the music from nearby bars could be heard late into the night, which was a bit distracting. Additionally, having just one chair in the room felt limiting when relaxing.
